After the trial period, cancellations can be made at any time, but refunds will only be provided under specific circumstances outlined in this policy. Your access to the service will be terminated at the end of your current billing cycle when you cancel your subscription.
If our service experiences significant technical issues that significantly impede your ability to use the platform within 60 days of purchase and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full refund.
